Oppo A83 Launched: Chinese brand Oppo launched its new budget smartphone. Launched in the name of Oppo A83, this phone contains all the exclusive features of the company's flagship devices. The Oppo A83 price in India is Rs 13,990. This phone is being compared to the recently launched Honor 9 Light.

The phone is boosted with 13MP selfie camera. The AI Beauty mode has also been given in this selfie camera. This mode has been named Smart Selfie. This phone is available in two color options black and gold. Oppo A83 launch date/release date in India is January 20, 2018.

Oppo A83 launched with the display of 18: 9 aspect ratio. The handset has a 5.7-inch display. The phone has got 3GB RAM and 32GB storage with the MediaTek MT6763T chipset. Storage can be extended to 128GB with the help of a MicroSD card. But there is a hybrid sim slot setup in it. This means that there is no separate setup for the MicroSD card. The absence of a fingerprint scanner in this phone is a major drawback.

It has 13MP Primary Camera with HDR, Geo Tagging, and LED Flash Features and front camera of an 8MP which is dedicated selfie camera. Oppo has given the Face Unlock feature in it. The company claims that the device will unlock in 0.18 seconds. The 13MP camera has been given on the rear of the phone. The device works on Android 7.0 Nougat. To give power to the phone, 3180 mAh battery is provided.
